🌸 What are preorders?

Preorders are done for products I do not have on hand. I will order the items after the preorder period is over, so orders are expected to ship around 1-2 months after preorders end.

🌸 How long does shipping take?

Due to COVID-19, shipping times can vary greatly. The estimated shipping time for most places is around 3 weeks, but it's possible to take longer due to delays. Thank you for your patience!

🌸 Does shipping include tracking?

Unless you choose the "tracked shipping" option, shipping will NOT include tracking. If you choose tracked shipping, you will be sent a tracking number when your items are sent out. 

Please note that I am not responsible for the rare case that any items that are lost or damaged during transit!

🌸 Do you ship to Europe?

Yes, I will be shipping to Europe. However, if you are ordering from Europe, you will be responsible for any taxes, fees or VAT that the items may incur.

🌸 Will I have to pay taxes or customs fee?

Some places, such as countries in Europe, may require you to pay additional fees. You will be responsible for any taxes, fees or VAT that the items may incur.

🌸 What happens if I order a non preorder item with a preorder item?

If your order includes preordered items and non preordered items, your entire order will ship after the preorder items arrive!

🌸 Where are you shipping from?

I am shipping from Canada!

🌸 Can I cancel or change my order?

You are welcome to contact me to modify or cancel your order, but only before your order has been shipped!
